With a swimming background, I started doing triathlon when I was 16 years old and since then I never stopped doing it.
Triathlon is a multisport race, requires endurance and determination. I have raced all the big races around the world including Hawaii IM, ITU World Finals etc. and after all, I decided to be a Technical Official, Technical Delegate and Race organizer to help athletes to understand the rules better and organize safe and unique competitions around the world.

I joined the Dolfijn and NTB in the Netherlands immediately. In 2016 I was a race organizer in Rio on the Paralympics, this year I had a project work in Abu Dhabi where I was the Sports Manager for triathlon and cycling on the Special Olympics World Games. I have around 20-30 local and international races every year, so my weekends are quite busy.
ITU nominated the Technical officials in April for the 2020 Tokyo Summer and Paralympics Games and I am honored that I was also selected as a Hungarian official who is currently living in the Netherlands.  Two technical officials were selected from NTB : Sander Verheuvel (NL) and me (HUN).
Dolfijn is a great triathlon club, I love coming to the swim trainings, I try to join the other activities as well, I do a few races every year but my focus is on improving the races, helping the athletes (Elite or Age groupers) to have a good understanding of the rules, establishing safe environment during competitions and make sure that they have a good time during their race by reaching their personal goals.
Wish all of you a good racing season, Dora
